Your rental home would be leased to one tenant (or more often a group of tenants) for the duration of the winter season. Properties are in high demand and rents tend to reflect that. Great if you want to use your property from Labour Weekend to Easter or Queens Birthday.

Long Term rental homes are those available for 6+ months. Homes can be furnished, unfurnished or part furnished. There is demand for all of these.

Summer rental homes don't have quite the same demand as their winter cousins, but are popular nonetheless with tenants who have a specific end date before next winter. Most of these homes are furnished and are used by their owners for a winter holiday.
