Colleen Topping has close to two decades of experience managing over $260 million worth of Wanaka rental properties. Colleen founded Home and Co. in 2014 after spending 10 years building the rent roll at one of Wanaka's leading property management businesses. She is qualified with a New Zealand Certificate in Property Management (Level 4) and has achieved Accredited Property Manager status.
Colleen has a business degree and owns investment properties, which means she fully understands the importance of profitability, costs and returns.

Lynn Lanigan
Senior Property Manager
Lynn joined Home & Co as our office administrator in January 2018 after 20+ years’ experience in administration and customer service. Lynn quickly proved herself with her strong work ethic and ability to communicate with clients. She is now our senior property manager and she enjoys helping both tenants and landlords feel supported and listened to.

Jess Patrick
Property Manager
Jess had a vast seven years of experience in a range of different sectors. Her positive outlook and can-do attitude make her a great asset to the team.
Jess prides herself on her organizational skills and time management. She is a people person who enjoys meeting new people and building great relationships.
Jess grew up in Gore and in her spare time, she enjoys being out exploring back country and alpine hiking, skiing and ski touring. She is passionate about native fauna and flora.
Toni Fox
Assistant Property Manager
With 10+ years of experience in customer service and well known for her barista skills, we are thrilled to welcome Toni to our thriving team. She came to Wanaka in 2014, after 2 years travelling in Australia and has lived here ever since. Toni is passionate about building meaningful customer relationships and fostering a positive, collaborative attitude. Outside of work Toni loves to travel and see new places. As-well as being interested in all things film, often finding inspiration in both nature and cinema.
Jeanette Sharpe
Office Administrator
Jeanette has a strong background in office management, customer service and has a head for figures. She has had diverse experience in working with people, from sales right through to a medical management role. Jeanette is driven and is a quick learner making her a great fit for the Home & Co team. Outside of work, Jeanette has a passion for all things fabric and sewing related.

Sarah Thomas
Administrator
Originally from Christchurch, Sarah relocated to Wanaka with her family in 2023. She has worked in a customer service / admin background since 2015 and in tourism before that. She supports the Home & Co team with her super efficient admin skills and is also the welcoming face at reception.
Miles Topping
Business Manager
Miles joined Home & Co in February 2025, he brings 12 years’ worth of experience working in various Marketing roles in Australia. He understands the importance of clear effective communication, hard work and pragmatic solutions. As the Business Manager he will be focused on supporting the day-to-day operation of the office. With his young family, he is looking forward to exploring all that Wanaka and the Central Lakes have to offer.
