Spring cleaning is a good idea to keep your rental home in top presentation order before the next tenant moves in.

By law tenants have to leave the property "reasonably clean and tidy" and they have to remove all rubbish. Even with the highest standards of cleaning expectation, your home will usually require a final sparkle before new tenants move in. There may have been viewings by potential tenants or minor maintenance carried out so a quick dust and wipe of surfaces is desirable.

If the bar is set high, tenants know what is expected. There can be no quibbles about how clean the property was when they moved in at the time of vacating.
